Searching for Domains in the Partner Portal

The Domains section of the Ascio Partner Portal lets you search your full domain portfolio or narrow results using specific criteria. This article covers the available search fields and how to use them.

Searching your domain portfolio

By default, a domain search returns only active domains — deleted and transferred-away domains aren't included unless you change the status filter. To see every active domain in your portfolio, leave the domain name field empty and select Search Domains.

Basic search fields

Field

What it searches

Domain Name

Alphabetical, numeric, or internationalized domain name (IDN) characters in the domain name.

Domain Handle

The unique handle Ascio's system assigns to each domain, if you already know it.

Filtering with additional criteria

Use additional criteria to narrow a large portfolio down to the exact domains you're looking for.

Filter

What it does

TLD

Shows only domains under one or more selected top-level domains.

Status

Defaults to active domains only. Change from "All Except Deleted" to "All" to include deleted domains — useful when locating a domain that needs to be restored.

Privacy proxy type

Filters by the privacy or proxy option selected for the domain.

Domain Comment

Filters by a comment added when the domain was ordered. Check the TLD Kit if a specific comment is required for a TLD.

Created

Filters by the date the domain was created, transferred, or imported — an exact day or a date range.

Expires

Filters by the domain's expiration date — an exact day or a date range.

Premium

Shows only premium domains.

Local Presence

Shows only domains using Ascio's local presence service (used when a TLD requires the registrant or admin contact to be based in a specific country).

Filtering by registrant or contact

Search for domains sharing the same registrant or contact by entering any of: First Name, Last Name, Organization Name, or Email.

Other filters

Filter

What it does

External ID

Filters by an external ID assigned to the domain during registration, where available.

Description

Filters by a description added during transfer or registration.

Name Server (Hostname, IPv4, IPv6)

Filters domains by their assigned nameserver hostname or IP address.

Once you've set your filters, select Search Domains to view the results, Return Latest Search to go back to your previous search, or Clear Fields to reset all filters.
