Limited sub-user management availability in the Ascio Portal

Ascio is performing an update to the Ascio Portal. During this update, sub-user management functionality on partner accounts will be temporarily unavailable. This is a time-limited change, and normal functionality is expected to be restored in early January.

Issue

While the portal update is in progress, partners will be unable to add new sub-users or modify existing sub-user details and permissions in the Ascio Portal. In addition, the Ascio demo portal will be temporarily disabled.

Impact

During this period:

  • New sub-users cannot be created
  • Existing sub-user details and permissions cannot be updated
  • Existing users will continue to have access as normal
  • All other portal functionality remains unaffected

Timeline

Sub-user management functionality is expected to be restored in early January. This article will be updated if there are any changes to the timeline.
