What's changing
Effective June 2, 2025, Ascio no longer monitors support requests sent to help@ascio.com. If you email this address after that date, the support team won't receive or act on it.
How to submit a support request going forward
Use either of the following methods:
- Submit a request via the Support Form. The webform is designed to capture all the necessary details so Ascio can resolve your issue faster.
- Sign in to the Support Portal and submit a ticket. View and manage your support tickets, track progress, and communicate with the support team.
