Important Update: All Support Requests Must Now Be Submitted by Webform

Ascio Support has moved from email-based requests to a centralized webform system. This change helps Ascio gather the relevant information upfront and respond to your inquiries more efficiently. This article explains what changed and how to submit a support request going forward.

What's changing

Effective June 2, 2025, Ascio no longer monitors support requests sent to help@ascio.com. If you email this address after that date, the support team won't receive or act on it.

How to submit a support request going forward

Use either of the following methods:

  1. Submit a request via the Support Form. The webform is designed to capture all the necessary details so Ascio can resolve your issue faster.
  2. Sign in to the Support Portal and submit a ticket. View and manage your support tickets, track progress, and communicate with the support team.
