- The Ascio knowledge base is available 24/7 for troubleshooting solutions.
- Submit a support ticket through our Help Center. Our team will respond as soon as possible during our next business day.
- Our chat support will also be available with limited hours.

Pin verification
The pin verification is used to verify each account. Pin codes expire after 24 hours and must be manually set again by the support advisors once a customer contacts us.
- Sign in to the partner portal.
- To retrieve the pin, click on Show pin.
Submitting a support request
- Open the client area and then Submit a request.
- Fill in the required fields and hit Submit.
Initiating a live chat
A live agent is available for support in chat for our customers.
So that you know, we suggest signing in if you already have an Ascio account. The chat will then be associated with your account.
- Click the Chat button.
- Enter the fields in the chat box and hit Start chat.
